Many people live in chronic pain for long periods of time decreasing their ability to cope with daily duties. Depending on levels and types of pain, some movement activities are more or less possible and others are just out of reach — making patients frustrated and unhappy.
Traditional Chinese Medicine has proven to be very effective in treating all kinds of pain, even the ones that are somatic and unexplained. With over 5000 years of history, TCM and acupuncture have survived the most destructive political and religious systems in China to the point that in 1929 was outlawed, forcing this healing art to migrate over the world; reaching the United States of America in the 1970’s.
With decades of research and expansion over the globe, it has evolved into a fusion of European techniques and adjunctive therapies that make Oriental Medicine a pillar in Integrative and Holistic Medicine.
The harmonious lifestyle evolved through out history by masters of the East side of the globe.
"Years ago, I started a new format blending belly dance and wellness. I wanted to provide women in the community an opportunity to explore Eastern dance and learn about its many benefits. Through guided physical movement and mental-emotional connection movement meditation offers fun, integrative and functional way to exercise one’s whole self while increasing self-esteem, femininity and self-healing"
